How do I track my order?

Silver items are sent as regular letters and have no tracking - read more about delivery time here.

Gold items have tracking. Your order conformation email contains the tracking number and you can track it’s whereabouts here: postnord tracking

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you for any reason aren’t satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund if you contact us within 5 days of delivery. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used jewelry will not be accepted for refund unless defective.

My country doesn’t show upon purchase

If your country doesn't show when purchasing then your country is not one of the countries we offer free shipping to. Please contact us here: contact then we'll find the best shipping rate possible for you.

Who is responsible for paying customs and import tax

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply.

Why do you show two prices?

We are a Danish company and according to Danish and European Union law we have to add a 25% VAT to European Union purchases. For all other purchases we don't add VAT.
